Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our Defense Advisory Board meeting at Darley's headquarters in Itasca, IL. It was an incredible opportunity to gather insights from industry leaders and discuss the future of defense technology. Our team members discussed various key topics, which included innovative solutions for warfighters, the evolving defense procurement landscape, and the partnerships that enable opportunities for collaboration. We also focused on future initiatives and new projects aimed at enhancing our capabilities towards supporting our military personnel. We are honored to have the expertise of so many former military service members on our board. Their invaluable experience and dedication are instrumental in guiding our initiatives and shaping the future of defense. Today, Shelly Falkner retired from Darley. Shelly was a member of Team Darley for over 42 years. She has seen so many changes in our work facilities, as well as all the new technologies that have come around over the years. Shelly paved the way for many women in our industry, and her work in this will go on forever. Her contributions to Darley are too numerous to count, and Team Darley is proud to have had the privilege to work with Shelly all these years. We all wish her a very happy retirement! You've certainly earned it Shelly!!

Darley Lifetime Achievement Award, Chief James P. Seavey Sr. Health and Wellness Leadership Award, Junior Firefighter of the Year, and Junior Firefighter Program of the Year.
