Volunteers from our Snyder Equipment team donated materials and provided fabrication labor for the stainless steel top rail caps on the YMCA Camp Wakonda bridge. They also assisted the Clever Welding crew during the reworking of the bridge body. Spanning 104 feet, the Tom Baird IV Memorial Footbridge now crosses the historic Goose Creek in Lawrence County, Missouri, offering easy access to the camp's expansive 100-acre site. Thank you to all the volunteers for their #dedication and #hardwork! 🔩

We're proud of everything our employees do to drive #communitysupport projects through Knorr-Bremse Global Care North America Inc.
We recently hosted the KBGCNA annual meeting at the Knorr Brake Company location in Westminster, Maryland, and also held a dinner nearby, where we recognized projects funded in 2024 along with our nonprofit organization partners and employee project champions. A highlight was our visit to one of the projects, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carroll County. We toured the newly renovated facilities and had delightful interactions with teens who participate in the programs there. In addition, the young people joined us at the dinner. How fortunate we are for the team members across North America at Knorr Brake Company as well as Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, New York Air Brake, and R.H. Sheppard Co. Inc. who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the places we call home. #communitysupport #WeMoveTogether

New York Air Brake (NYAB) continues our partnership with the Children’s Home of Jefferson County (CHJC) competing in the 2024 Punkin Chunkin. The NYAB team partners with kids to provide a fun and interactive event that allows them to see science in action. Not only is this a fun event to watch, but it is also a fundraiser to support local food pantries. The food drive is an integral part of which team wins the event. The winner is determined by which team can chunk the punkin the farthest and by the amount of food/cash donations collected. Our team earned 1st place in our division with a distance of 437 feet, 71.8 lbs. of food, and $880 in cash. We are proud of our contributions to this event and the community food banks.

World Mental Health Day raises awareness about mental health issues and the importance of advocating for mental health in our communities and workplaces.
