About us

The average small to midsize nonprofit uses three to five tools to manage their donors, volunteers, and communications. At Neon One, we envision a world where organizations have simple and connected tools to help them make real, lasting change in the world. Neon One started in 2018 when four technology companies came together and decided there was an easier way for nonprofits to use technology to enable their mission – we belive that small to mid-sized nonprofits thrive when enabled with a platform designed to create magical generosity experiences. Designed to grow with you, Neon One connects nonprofits with the technology and resources that empower them to build a community of generosity.

  • The Generosity Indicator is live! This is a Neon CRM feature we’ve been excited about for a long time, and it’s finally ready to share with the world. The Generosity Indicator is a feature that gives Neon CRM users a fair, equitable, and unified way to understand someone’s support (and even potential support!) for their organization. It will appear in a constituent’s profile and will offer you insight into how connected they are to your organization. The tool looks at someone’s activities across the entire Neon One ecosystem. In other words, it analyzes every interaction they’ve had with any organization that uses Neon One products. Read all about the new Generosity Indicator here: https://loom.ly/14TIwr0

  • Gibson Fay-LeBlanc, Executive Director of the Maine Publishers & Writers Alliance, knew there was a better solution than Wild Apricot out there for his nonprofit, and he was specifically looking for a system that was truly all-inclusive—one that could house contacts, memberships, events and workshops, email and direct mail communications, and daily task management. It was a tall order, but Neon CRM fit the bill. Read the full client story here: https://loom.ly/CU5fOts #nonprofits #fundraising #NeonCRM #MWPA
