NCPG Executive Director Keith Whyte addressed the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary today on Capitol Hill for a hearing titled: America’s High-Stakes Bet on Legalized Sports Gambling. Keith’s expert testimony emphasized the urgent need for federal involvement in combating gambling addiction, advocating for comprehensive policies to address the public health crisis tied to expanded sports betting like the Gambling addiction Recovery, Investment, and Treatment (GRIT) Act.
