🌟 'Tis the season of giving back! 🌟 This year, our NAWIC group had the opportunity to support Cleveland Angels by donating love bags filled with goods for about 25% of their families, along with a financial contribution. Their distribution happened just last week, and we’re grateful to have played a small part in this effort. This is our second year collaborating with Cleveland Angels, and we appreciate the chance to contribute to their mission! This past Thursday, we had the privilege of hosting a panel discussion on Gender Bias in the Industry. We gathered an extraordinary group of women committed to driving change and fostering inclusion. A heartfelt thank you to Bethany Criscione from T.H. Martin Inc. for her leadership in organizing this impactful event. We extend our gratitude to our insightful panelists: Sheena F. from Turner Construction Company, Tari S. Rivera from Regency Construction Services, Inc., Nora Loftus from Shook Construction and Jacquelyn Valek, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, MBA, from Anchor Solutions Consulting, LLC. Your hard work, inspiring stories, and shared laughter brought lightness to the profound topics of #genderinclusion, making a lasting impact on our audience. A special thanks to Allison Taller Reich from Frantz Ward LLP for expertly moderating the discussion. It was wonderful to see so many faces in the audience, showcasing the strength of this community. "Anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you." Let’s continue to uplift and empower one another! 🙌🏻👷♀️ #womeninconstruction #cleveland Construction Employers Association (CEA)
