Joanna: "As Guest Experience Coordinator, I support our Event-Day Guest Experience staff through hiring, training, and administrative needs. I also run our Tour Program at GEODIS Park by hiring & training our Tour Guides and completing the operations of the Tour Program.” What do you like most about your job? Joanna: "The aspect I like most about my job is the opportunity to connect with people of all different backgrounds. I get to help foster the community around soccer by connecting with our fans and enhancing their experience at Nashville SC!"

Alejandra: "In my position with Nashville SC, my role is to help grow the NSC fan base through season ticket memberships and group tickets. From personal use to company outings, we work to identify what fits their needs and how to best make the most of our matchday experience." What do you like most about your job? Alejandra: "The best part of my job is my team, we always try to find ways to work together to reach our team and individual goals. Ava: "As a Community Engagement Sr. Coordinator, I work with over 60 nonprofit partners annually to connect our club and its resources to the Nashville community. I coordinate the organization and activation of all our programs to ensure we are delivering impactful experiences." What do you like most about your job? Ava: "One of the many highlights of my job is witnessing firsthand the impact that players have on the local community. Whether they are handing out Thanksgiving meals, supporting our Special Olympics Unified team, reading to students, or visiting patients at the children’s hospital – it is inspiring to see the positive impact that our club has on the city of Nashville."
