🎊 #PressRelease: NACCHO’s ‘Roots of Health Inequity’ Won A Webby Award NACCHO is proud to be a recipient of the 4th Annual Anthem Webby Award for its signature learning course series, Roots of Health Inequity. With support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the course series employs a framework that encourages the learner to understand how narratives, structures of power, and policies shape the landscape of health outcomes throughout the United States and explores the fundamental causes of health inequities. “NACCHO is honored to receive this year’s Anthem Webby Award,” said Lori Tremmel Freeman, Chief Executive Officer at NACCHO. “The Roots course was groundbreaking when it was first released, and the recent updates ensure that it continues to be a meaningful and impactful training tool for public health professionals, partners, and communities working to address health inequities.” ➡️Read the full press release here: https://ow.ly/fVcq50UubFk ➡️Learn more about Roots of Health Inequity here: https://bit.ly/4gG63oc
