We’re incredibly proud to be a firm that demonstrates care not just through the work we do, but also through the service we provide to our communities. Our Atlanta office recently participated in Georgia’s Accounting Food Fight, where they worked to raise meals for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. 🥗 Thanks to the amazing efforts of our team, we helped raise nearly 67,000 meals in total—and it was fun to also be named the winner of this year's challenge! Talk about an incredible year! 🥳 Myers and Stauffer hosted five PEAK (Perform, Excel, Advance, Know) Sessions, including two new Senior Manager PEAK sessions, one new Manager session, one new Senior session, and the launch of our exciting new BASE Camp program for staff with one year of experience! In total, over 200 employees participated in our PEAK programs throughout the year, from February to October. With more than a dozen presenters—including Partners, Senior Managers, Internal Client Service Leaders, and others from across the organization—these sessions were a true team effort. Held in our Kansas City office, these sessions tie back to our Career Management program and are a key part of our commitment to supporting employee professional growth.
