#ProjectUpdate: Silo Park . . . We're excited to share that Silo Park has broken ground! The redevelopment project in Salt Lake City's Granary District pays homage to the iconic grain towers and aims to create a vibrant new neighborhood called Silo Park. It will include housing, shops, and a significant park. The first phase focuses on the eastern half of the block, featuring two six-story residential buildings with a total of 286 apartments (studios, one- and two-bedroom units) and nearly 20,000 square feet of commercial space.
