Our team was honored to help fill food pantries for the FX Residences, a new supportive housing project in Santa Ana. Built by HomeAid Orange County building partner City Ventures, this 17-unit development at 801 E. Santa Ana Blvd. provides not just housing but hope. Offering extensive supportive services—including mental health support, case management, substance use counseling, housing retention assistance, and community resource connections—FX Residences serves individuals earning less than 30% of the area median income, with special provisions for those earning less than 25%. With onsite programs operated by Mercy Housing Living Center, FX Residences is more than a building—it’s a lifeline for those in need.
