We've been busy supporting our partners and new projects over the past week! Missing Middle Program Manager, Kathy Evans recently attended the ribbon cutting of Oakbrook Apartments in Grand Rapids, which will offer 18 brand-new homes for working families in the area and was supported with Missing Middle funds. LIHTC Allocations Manager, Elizabeth Rademacher celebrated the grand opening of Raymond E. Shepherd House in Ferndale, which will provide 53 units of affordable and supportive housing and create an affirming space for LGBTQ+ elders in the community.
