It’s a privilege to honor our veterans alongside Wreaths Across America this holiday season. Our Veteran and Military Family Employee Resource Group generously donated 90 wreaths for this year’s event. This special day is an opportunity to remember our fallen heroes. We’re thrilled that so many of our employees and their families were able to participate at events in Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania this year!

On the flip side, when asked if they would consider leaving their current employer for a company with a stronger focus on DE&I initiatives, 26% of workers said they might leave 🤔. It's clear that while perceptions vary, DE&I is still crucial for retaining talent. Let's continue the conversation on building inclusive workplaces!
