We are thrilled to announce our first acquisition of Q3! Adding Minnesota as our 26th state and tipping our unit count over the 9,000 mark. We are excited to have Monroe Group Ltd. take over property management at both Pennel Park and Larson Commons. Both of these properties are in need of significant rehab and we are grateful for our partners at JLL, Minnesota Housing, CREA, LLC, City of Duluth and the City of Cloquet for helping us make this happen.
