Wrapping up a very special 2024! This year, MoEngage completed its 10th year as the preferred customer engagement platform (CEP) for consumer brands and moved further in our vision to build the world’s most trusted CEP! I am nostalgic as I recall the journey so far - the late nights, the "aha!" moments, the team high-fives... we've weathered quite a few storms to get here. But that’s not the only reason to celebrate 2024. Here are some numbers that make last year memorable for us: 1. We grew our quarterly revenue by over 47% y-o-y, and our commitment to operational efficiency has helped us reduce our burn significantly and kept us on our path to profitability by the end of FY2025 📈 2. Our net revenue retention has increased by over 8 percentage points, indicating our ability to continuously add value to our current customers, retain customers better, and win more business💲 3. Last year, we added over 300 new customers and migrated over 90 customers from legacy marketing clouds of Salesforce, Adobe & Oracle, and other competitors like Braze, taking the total brands we work with to 1350+ 🫰 4. Our multi-geo strategy scaled really well in 2024, welcoming customers across 60 countries. North America, Europe, and the Middle East are our high-growth regions with over 70% growth, while we’ve retained our leadership position in India and Southeast Asia 🌍 5. Our product demonstrated scalability, engaging 1.7 billion active users monthly and delivering over 1.5 trillion interactions across 11 channels. We've also expanded our MoEngage App Marketplace to 200+ partners, offering seamless integrations. Our products, like MoEngage Inform and MoEngage Personalize, have seen great usage from Enterprise customers, taking us forward in the multi-product journey 💪 6.
