Team Middleburg Construction recently received our first Certificate of Occupancy for our single-family community, Hamlet at Watkins Centre, in Midlothian, VA! Congrats to the team on this milestone. The Hamlet at Watkins Center is a 283 single-family development featuring a mix of detached homes, duplexes and townhomes. The project is located within the 285-acre Watkins Centre master planned community about 20 minutes west of Downtown Richmond.

It’s been a busy year for Team Middleburg Construction and it’s continuing as we have recently broken ground on two new Hamlet projects. Hamlet Avalon Park     Hamlet at Avalon Park, is a 260-unit build-to-rent community that will be situated within the Avalon Park Wesley Chapel mixed-use development, which is just 30 minutes from downtown Tampa in Pasco County. The neighborhood-style community will feature a mix of detached housing options, such as cottages, duplexes and townhomes, that are organized around individual pocket parks and greenspaces. The Hamlet project will be walkable to Downtown Avalon Park, a mixed-use town center featuring retail, dining and recreational spaces, including a 2-acre town green with an outdoor amphitheater, and the Pinecrest Academy K-10 Charter School. Hamlet Quail Crossing     The Hamlet at Quail Crossing is a 260-unit, Class A single-family rental community located in Wake Forest about 15 miles North East of Downtown Raleigh and offers a mix of detached cottages, duplexes and townhomes. Residents of Hamlet Quail Crossing will enjoy the small-town charm of historic Wake Forest with easy access to major employers and a wealth of lifestyle amenities in the Greater Research Triangle Region.

The Hamlet at Maybank is a 211-unit, Class A single-family rental community located on Johns Island about 10 miles southwest of Downtown Charleston and offers a mix of detached cottages, duplexes and townhomes. Residents of Hamlet Maybank will enjoy the natural beauty of Johns Island combined with easy access to major employers and a wealth of lifestyle amenities in the Greater Charleston MSA.

Team Middleburg Construction is turning over units at our Mosby Avalon Park Community and excited to welcome our new tenants to the property. Mosby Avalon Park is a Class A multifamily community featuring six four-story residential buildings with an integrated clubhouse, and six garage buildings. Located just 35 minutes from downtown Tampa, the property offers easy access to North Tampa employment hubs with walkable retail, dining, and recreation.
