🏏 Teamwork on and off the field! 🇮🇳   Our India team recently swapped keyboards for cricket bats and emails for energetic appeals during a fun-filled team-building outing.     Some channeled their inner Virat Kohli with their batting finesse, while others proved to be rock-solid bowlers.   🌧️ But what is cricket without a little rain?!   Just as the game was heating up, a downpour made an unexpected appearance and stopped play. But, as in work and in life, we adapted. From quick shelter-seeking to laughter-filled moments in the drizzle, we found ways to keep the energy alive.   The rain reminded us that resilience is about finding joy in the pauses and strength in challenges. Just like cricket, success is as much about how you handle the unforeseen as it is about strategy and skill.   A huge thank you to the team for making this outing a success. Visiting our Global Operations Center in Bangalore, preparing for a busy and expanding 2025. I am fortunate enough to work fully remotely and have more or less done so since 2020. However being in our Ops office in Bangalore brings back all the positives of being in the office surrounded by your team. The ideas, the buzz, the work you get done, together with all the fun and casual opportunities you have throughout the day to connect; really connect with the team. I miss that. I am going to work harder to be here more. The MIC Global Ops Center is core to our plans. We offer fast service to our clients, round the clock support and innovation and this comes from our teams within the company and our office here in Bangalore is a critical component of that.
