For all the founders out there, when it comes to product, marketing, or strategy, A/B Testing has been a game-changer for the way I try out new ideas 💡 Top companies use this by letting their data guide decisions, and it’s something we can all learn from. Here are two ✌ questions I ask when thinking about A/B testing for MatchPlay: 1. Am I sticking with a strategy just because it feels comfortable? ↳ Sometimes, it’s worth challenging. A/B testing can show you better options. 2. Am I skipping testing because it feels like it takes too much time? ↳ A quick test can save you time in the long run and help avoid wasted effort - and potentially wasted costs 💰. A/B testing helps a lot—from product development to the social media posts we put out, and it helps us make informed decisions rather than guessing. • Efficiency ≠ working harder. It’s about creating systems that do the tough work for you. The best teams work smarter not harder. Endless optimization? ↳ Step back and rethink the process—sometimes, the solution is changing the approach. Focusing on output? ↳ Shift to outcomes. Don't do more, do what moves the needle. Wasting time on repetitive tasks? ↳ Automate and delegate. Free up your time for the things that matter. Thinking more tools = more productivity? ↳ Simplify your setup. Fewer, better tools means clarity. (We just consolidated 5+ tools into just one!) The ultimate hack? Ask why at every step. Why do we do this? Why does it exist? If the answers don’t add up, rebuild. 💡 Smarter systems, bigger results. Reposts help the entreprenuers in your network! ♻️ #GrowthHacks #Startup #Efficiency #Entrepreneurship

  • 85% of startups fail because they don’t understand their target audience. Let that sink in. It’s not the product. It’s not the funding. It’s not even the competition. 👉 It’s failing to truly understand WHO you’re building for. Here’s a quick check: Do you know the top 3 pain points your ideal customer faces daily? Why your solution is better, faster, or easier than the alternatives? When’s the last time you spoke to a customer—not to sell, but to listen? Most founders can’t answer all three. And that’s the problem. This is how YOU can avoid falling into the 85%: 1️⃣ Define your ICP Start by identifying who your product is for—industry, role, company size, etc. Be specific. 2️⃣ Research, research, research Use free resources! Forums, LinkedIn groups, customer interviews, and industry reports help uncover what you need to know. 3️⃣ Just ask! Don’t assume you know what resonates. Learn from your customers to see what clicks. 4️⃣ Iterate constantly Your ICP might change as you grow. Be adaptable. 🚨 Don’t wait until it’s too late. Invest time in understanding your audience, otherwise you’re building a house on quicksand.
