At Marc Jacobs, collaboration and knowledge-sharing are at the heart of everything we do. Recently, our Global Planning, Allocation, and Operations team came together for a Lunch and Learn session, where they shared valuable insights into their roles and contributions—all over slices of pizza! 🍕 A special thanks to Thomas Craig, Sara S., Melissa LaCorte, Julio Valladares Belleza, and Leidy Sharma for leading the discussion. This is just one of the many ways we Make our Marc and foster a culture of innovation and teamwork. #MarcJacobs #collaboration #teamwork #gratefulnothateful

Thank you to our teams who joined us last month for a few different activities to celebrate Pride! The highlight was last week with our Pride Panel: Out and Open that we hosted in our corporate offices. Led by guest moderator, Steve Cruz, from the The Ali Forney Center, this panel featured three Marc Jacobs leaders – Robert Rizzolo, Peter Panagiotopoulos, and Logan Pierce – each of whom shared their unique and personal narratives about coming out. Their stories not only touched hearts but also sparked crucial conversations around visibility, allyship, and the ongoing pursuit of equality for the LGBTQIA+ community. This discussion was concluded with a guest appearance from our founder and LBGTQIA+ icon, Marc Jacobs himself, whose words were a powerful reminder of the strength in authentic self-expression. #Pride2024 #MarcJacobs #TheAliForneyCenter #GratefulNotHateful

Last month, Marc Jacobs, had the privilege of participating in the “What Now? Graduate Survival Guide” hosted by the Sarabande Foundation: Established by Lee Alexander McQueen. In these series of talks and workstations, our internal team consisting of Adrienne Alaimo, Lauren Zampaglione and Mishaal Anwar offered career guidance to graduating fashion students and emerging talents by empowering them to explore their creative potential and enhance their prospects for post-college employment. This collaboration underscores our commitment to providing resources to young creatives and developing a strong talent pipeline for future talents in the industry. Thank you to Trino Verkade and the Sarabande Foundation, Jasmine Humphrey and the team at LVMH for inviting Marc Jacobs to take part in this incredible program! #WhatNow! #MarcJacobs #LVMHtalents #Sarabandefoundation #NextGEN

In celebration of National Volunteer month, Marc Jacobs collaborated with The Ali Forney Center (AFC). The AFC works to protect Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer youth from the harms of homelessness and empower them with the tools needed to be independent by providing meals, medical & mental health care, HIV counseling & testing, emergency & transitional housing, work readiness programMing, and more. Our employees partnered with the team at the AFC drop-in center to set up a pop-up boutique with the inventory of product donations they’ve received at the center. Our employees then helped each youth find the products they needed through a personalized shopping experience, providing them with not just essential items but also a Marc Jacobs gift for each client that attended! We look forward to continuing this important work together. 🌈✨ #MarcJacobs #AliForneyCenter #VolunteerMonth #LGBTQ+ #CommunitySupport
