Love to see factory-built homes like the CrossMod® bring attainable homeownership to this Detroit neighborhood.
Amid the housing shortages impacting communities across the U.S., Champion Homes is proud to be a part of the solution by providing homes for an innovative development showcasing factory-built homes as a more affordable and efficiently built housing option. Champion Homes built three modular homes and a CrossMod™ home for a trailblazing initiative in the North Corktown neighborhood of Detroit providing high-quality, attainable homes. "We are 3.9 million housing units short across the entire country," said Darnell Adams, Vice President of Detroit Community Initiatives at the Gilbert Family Foundation, one of the organizations who spearheaded the development. "We need some solutions like factory-built housing to help solve that." Read more about this exciting development: https://lnkd.in/exgGWsi6
