Happy New Year everyone!🎉
2024 has been all about learning. We started this year by making our Shopify app EasyFlow Product Options paid on the App Store. Until June we learnt all about the importance of customer support, how to optimize an app listing, how to price our product and how to listen to user feedback.
The next few months was all about building based on feedback and providing exceptional customer support for our merchants. At the same time, we realized that there is still potential in the loyalty space and decided to build the most efficient loyalty program for brands on Shopify.
We started to build Love Loyalty and with just the main concept and a few screenshots we managed to get 100+ merchants on our waitlist (shoutout to them for talking with us without having our product ready!).
It was a more difficult and time consuming process than we’d thought, so we decided to sell EasyFlow app to focuse 100% on Love Loyalty. Luckily, we managed to sell EasyFlow within a week.
Since then, we’re 100% on Love Loyalty and I’m sure that 2025 will be our best year as founders.
There is still a lot to learn but we love to learn. And we know how we’ll move forward and how we’ll get to our goal which is to reach $1M ARR by the end of 2025.
