The Louisville Urban League is a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization serving the Louisville community since 1921. The Louisville Urban League provides workforce development services, housing services, and youth development & education services. As an active partner, leader and catalyst, the Louisville Urban League assists African Americans, other minority groups and disadvantaged individuals attain social and economic equality and stability through direct services and advocacy. The Louisville Urban League serves over 12,000 individuals annually through direct services and extended collaborations providing families throughout the community with opportunities to achieve economic stability. The $2.28 million of support received from government, businesses, and individuals resulted in an estimated $18 million impact, which is more than a 789% return.
