I’ve been an entrepreneur for most of my career. Peter and I founded RXBAR in 2012 and built that into an incredible business. However, I always had a cognitive dissonance with RX because I still ate candy or other garbage. Now 5+ years later, the question became why can’t we have it all, why can’t candy have nutrition and taste? There is a massive opportunity, which we are calling Candy 3.0. With my two cofounders, Peter Rahal and Tom Melcher, I wanted solve this question by bringing nutrition to candy without compromising taste.
