We’re thrilled to announce that Lincoln was selected by the Cleveland Browns as their development partner for a 176-acre mixed-use entertainment district in Brook Park, Ohio! Located next to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the development will be anchored by a new 67,000-seat enclosed stadium, hosting home games for the Browns in addition to multiple concerts, major sports tournaments and various events year-round. The new district is expected to generate $1.2 billion annually and create more than 3,300 permanent jobs for the region, cementing Northeast Ohio as a world-class entertainment destination. Phase One, expected to be complete in 2029, will include the stadium, 450 hotel rooms, 575 apartments and 233,000+ sq. ft. of traditional/experiential retail.
