Congratulations to team members Abraham Mathew, DBA (HCML), MBA, MA, MSW, LNFA and Cindy Clark, PHR, SHRM-CP on receiving the Service Member Patriot Award from the Employer Support of The Guard and Reserve (ESGR)! Team member Abimbola Alagbado, LNHA, CDP, healthcare administrator at Wesley Court and a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserve, nominated Abraham and Cindy for the award. ESGR created the Service Member Patriot Award as a way for an employee serving in the National Guard or Reserve to thank supervisors for their support prior to, during, and after a military deployment. Abi was deployed from May to November 2024. Abi said, "Deployments can be stressful and disruptive for both families and employers. However, Abraham and Cindy provided me the flexibility I needed to serve my country and welcomed me back to Wesley Court once my deployment ended. I truly appreciate their support and am happy to meet the needs of residents and my team at Wesley Court." We are honored to share this milestone, celebrating not only Abraham and Cindy’s recognition but also Abi's outstanding contributions both as a service member and a dedicated leader at Wesley Court.
