“I recently completed a five-month internship in Viticulture in California’s Wine Country. During my experience, I assisted with pest and disease scouting, sugar sampling, which involves analyzing sugar levels in grapes to determine the optimal harvest time, soil sampling, and other vineyard-related tasks. Each day brought new challenges, and I was continuously learning from my experiences. The GALLO team was always willing to share their expertise and engage in discussions about the industry.
