  • To achieve a sustainable and resilient global agriculture system, there must be alignment across the supply chain. Leading Harvest creates a common language and aligns entities across the supply chain on clear, consistent, and overarching standards. Matt McGinness, GM Environmental Sustainability - Global Wine & Spirits at Constellation Brands, and Holly Evers, Senior Stewardship & Certification Specialist at Manulife Investment Management, Timberland and Agriculture, will join us at our North American Summit for a conversation on Leading Harvest in the wine supply chain. The panel will discuss real-world examples and the potential to drive change. Stay tuned for more exciting details on the Summit.

  • We are excited to connect capital, land and brands at our 2024 North America Summit for an important discussion on sustainable agriculture and supply chain resiliency. The two ends of the supply chain share a need for transparency, risk management, and good governance on sustainability topics, but have little opportunity to interact and explore collaboration. This invitation-only event will foster dialogue up and down the supply chain among landowners, farmland managers, consumer-facing brands, and retailers. By aligning interests, we aim to accelerate sustainable outcomes and drive continuous improvement at scale. Thank you to our sponsors Manulife Investment Management, International Farming, Peoples Company, AgIS Capital LLC, PGIM Real Estate, Constellation Brands, K&L Gates, UBS, Optimum Agriculture and Averum for their generous support.

  • Last June, Leading Harvest hosted a Global Summit on Regenerative Agriculture in Chicago. The event brought together the organization’s global membership, representing over 3 million acres in farmland management across the U.S. and Australia, for the first time to advance sustainable agriculture objectives and scale collective impact. There are no straightforward solutions to the challenges facing our global food and agriculture systems, but the unlikely combination of attendees from across the value chain produced frank and fruitful conversations about obstacles that had not been discussed before. We look forward to our 2024 North America Summit for important conversations on the role of capital and land management in accelerating sustainability goals.
