Real progress through regenerative agriculture.

About us

We work across the agriculture and food industries to offer strategic advisory services, project design, and on-the-ground expertise to design and execute sustainable supply shed solutions. Utilizing regenerative approaches and our deep knowledge of what's possible within agriculture, our nature-based solutions yield measurable progress toward sustainability targets - with tangible outcomes related to soil health, carbon sequestration, enhanced biodiversity, and improved water and air quality. We believe that together, we can sustain ag for the long-term.

Updates

  • It is #WorldSoilDay today - although soil health is one of our top priorities every day. As we work with farmers and ranchers to implement or enhance regenerative practices, we constantly hear about the importance of their soil and their drive to improve its health for long-term resilience and viability. In this video, hear from a SD farmer as he shares about the benefits he has seen on his operation since transitioning to no-till.

  • The AgSpire team enjoyed another great Sustainable Agriculture Summit this week - full of engaging conversations with representatives across the industry on how to move the needle for sustainable agriculture. A special thank you to Jessica Gilreath with Elanco and Elizabeth Walls with FMG for joining AgSpire's Aline DeLucia and Kristina Porter, DVM for a session on innovative and novel approaches to accelerating sustainability in livestock systems - with a special focus on areas for greatest impact, the realities of adoption, and how to overcome barriers.

  • AgSpire takes a producer-centric approach to sustainability, aiming to offer programs that deliver tangible benefits to farmers and ranchers. Through the Covering America from Coast to Coast Program, our Technical Advisors work with enrolled farmers to enhance their use of cover crops, no-till or conservation tillage, diverse crop rotations, and/or nutrient management. In this video, hear from two of the farmers who have participated in the program, as they share about how these practices work together to improve their soil health and boost their farm's long-term resilience >>> https://lnkd.in/dBVBAsJd hashtag #notillnovember

  • The numbers are in - and we are excited to share this latest update about AgSpire's producer network. Our goal with the network is to reach farmers and ranchers around the country who are ready to adopt regenerative and sustainable practices, offering practical and impactful programs to help enable that adoption. 52% of producers in our producer network are also actively enrolled in one of the programs we manage - through which they are planting conservation cover, reducing tillage, and increasing their crop diversity and rotations, among other efficiency and management improvements. • The AgSpire team convened in Oklahoma City last week, meeting with Oklahoma Secretary of Agriculture Blayne Arthur (pictured below), as well as representatives of Noble Research Institute to discuss on-the-ground efforts to enhance conservation and regenerative agriculture. We also welcomed several new team members at this in-person meeting. AgSpire has grown immensely this year, adding new expertise and strengthening our commitment to serving producers while building resilience across the entire agriculture value chain.

Recently, members of the AgSpire team hit the road to share about our producer-centric approach to sustainability with a variety of food and ag stakeholders. Zach Pinto joined a panel at the Ecosystem Services Market Consortium (ESMC) annual meeting to discuss outcomes for market growth; while Drew Slattery spoke on an additive conservation panel for the Texas Agricultural Land Trust Working Lands Innovation Summit. These events underscore the importance of connection across the value chain to find solutions that deliver value to producers while making real progress toward sustainability goals and metrics.

  • The AgSpire team is happy to sponsor the Sustainable Agriculture Summit again this year - as well as present a panel on approaches to accelerate sustainability in livestock systems. If you'll be attending the summit, we would love to connect. Be sure to stop by our booth in the exhibit area or contact Aline DeLucia, Drew Slattery, or Zach Pinto to set up a time to meet.

  • We are thrilled to welcome Clay Moyer to the AgSpire team as a Senior Project Manager for Regenerative Agriculture. Clay's passion for regenerative agriculture stems from growing up on a 120-year-old cattle ranch near the Oklahoma panhandle. As the 5th generation to work on the ranch, he learned the importance of stewarding land for the next generation. This hands-on experience is complemented by broad professional exposure to the various sectors of the industry, including genetics, crop inputs, equipment, livestock production, and retail sustainability strategy. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The University of Tulsa.

  • Research revealed the positive impact that NRCS practices implemented on farms and ranches around the country have for pollinator health. The right practices, in the right locations, with technical assistance for on-the-ground success showed the greatest net-benefit. With NRCS-certified Technical Service Providers on our team, we've seen this in action. In this latest blog post, the AgSpire team shares how this research can inform ag-based sustainability program design. Read more >>> https://lnkd.in/deq4vYfE
