We had an incredible time at our Family Fun Day with the advisory board members of Latinas in PM and Hispanos In Multifamily (H.I.M) It was a day filled with laughter, amazing food from Taste of Tephaney's Kitchen and Catering, LLC and fun activities for the whole family. To think I remember a time when Joelis and I talked about Latinas In Property Management. What would that look like? How can it become a reality? The truth is we both know what it is to work hard for a "seat at the table" and we strive to encourage and support others to also do so. What she created has been nothing short of extraordinary. Our latinas in property management joined her in building this group and welcoming new members into the group. A strong bond has been formed and we are a family. The purpose of this group is to amplify the voices of latinas in our industry and provide them support, encouragement, inform them of opportunities available to them, and celebrate our wins big and small.
