Working as a Labor Foreman, Dominic has spent his career in healthcare institutions with the majority of his time at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Having witnessed the development of ICRA protection over the years Dominic has chosen to make himself into a “go-to ICRA Specialist.” His passion for understanding “both sides of the fence”, ours and our clients, has grown out of a life altering experience when his son was critically injured at 8 months of age. Witnessing firsthand the vital importance of a pristine hospital environment and the deep concern and care of the staff, left an intense impression that Dominic committed to carrying forward in his passion, care, and quality for his family and for the work that he does at LF Driscoll every day. About the COE The LF Driscoll Healthcare Center of Excellence is led by our in-house healthcare construction experts, along with input from clients and partners. This training program is accredited by the Registered Continuing Education Program (RCEP) for Engineers, Surveyors, and AEC professionals. It provides a strong foundation for those pursuing certification as a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) through the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE). Spanning four days, the program features 14 sessions covering a wide range of topics in healthcare architecture, engineering, and construction.
