Progress update from Corewell Health Royal Oak! Our team is halfway through the construction of the next-gen hybrid operating room. With 2 OR’s in the making, we're putting in hours to make this a reality. One standout feature? The prefabricated ceiling systems with built-in grilles, LED lighting, and structural support for the new equipment. Kasco is proud to lead this project, driving advancements in patient care and safety. We appreciate all of our trade partners that have assisted in this project.

Congratulations to the Ann Arbor team on the completion of the University of Michigan Space Innovation Lab! Steve Dunbar, Julia Reinhardt, and Mark Moczydlowsky, thank you for your exceptional work delivering this project! Kasco completed the relocation of University of Michigan's Space and Innovation lab from the lower level to the first floor of their Climate and Space Research Building in April 2024 – right on time for graduates to enjoy the space for a final farewell! This 5,800 square foot space was transformed by our team in six months, divided into two phases for structural steel, masonry, glazing, roofing, mechanical, carpentry, and finishes. 

Congratulations to our partners at University of Michigan Health-West with the opening of their new Wayland Health Center. Kasco is proud to have delivered this project.
