In 2022, Justworks decided not to move forward with an IPO. Since then, we have: 1) grown revenue by 2.5x. 2) expanded to serve 12,000 small business customers. 3) increased investment in R&D by more than 5x to help more small businesses in more ways. Not moving forward with the IPO then was a hard decision, but it was clearly a good one. While the headline is misleading, this Fortune article does a good job talking about our growth and opportunity. We haven't raised equity capital since January 2020 and we continue to run the company in such a way as to control our destiny.
