Our Founder and CEO, Matt Frazier, recently joined a distinguished panel of private real estate managers and allocators to discuss the state of the multifamily real estate market. The conversation explored shifting market trends, emerging opportunities, interest rates, challenges, and other topics shaping the future of the residential sector. It was an engaging and insightful discussion. Celebrating the Ribbon Cutting of 75 Canal!   We at Jones Street are proud to celebrate the completion of 75 Canal, a project that reflects our shared vision with the city of Manchester to develop 250 units of much needed class-A multifamily housing. A special thanks to Jones Street Senior Project Manager Adam D. Goodrich and Asst. Project Manager Max Macero for their instrumental roles in bringing this vision to life.   This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the collaboration of the City of Manchester and our amazing partners, including Mayor Jay Rauis, former Mayor Joyce Craig, Patrick Long, Jodie Nazaka, AICP, Jeffrey Belanger, and the entire Planning and Zoning Boards.   A big thank you to our design and construction teams who turned years of planning into reality: Fuss & O'Neill, Tighe & Bond, H+O Structural Engineering, Callahan Construction Managers, Market Square Architects, and Arrowstreet Architecture & Design.
