Just closed the $34m construction loan and have broken ground on a Class-A multifamily apartment complex called Madison Aquiline in Apex (near Raleigh), NC. Bolstered by three of the top educational institutions, the highly educated labor pool complements a hot job market as Raleigh and the Research Triangle continue to be among the fastest growing metro areas in the country. The site has direct access to I-540 and Highway 1 and is a short drive away from the Downtown Raleigh-area as well as many restaurants and entertainment districts. The Project will feature 218 units incorporated into nine, three-story buildings with surface parking spaces. The units will include 9' ceilings, granite countertops, custom kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and have walk-in closets. Community amenities include a resort style pool with cabanas, bark park with dog wash, and a contemporary clubhouse with a state of the art fitness center.
