We couldn’t let 2024 end without sharing some highlights from last weekend’s Annual Gold Star Family Christmas Party. 🎄⭐ This event is always one of our favorites of the year, as it beautifully captures the spirit and mission of Mass Fallen Heroes. We’re honored to bring together the Gold Star community to celebrate the holidays while remembering and honoring their fallen loved ones. The day began with some festive holiday shopping in the Seaport, followed by braving the cold to witness the lighting of the Gold Star Family Christmas Tree at the MFH Memorial. The evening continued with a heartwarming dinner filled with over 260 Gold Star Family members creating meaningful connections, joy, and plenty of fun. Santa even made a special appearance, delivering gifts for each child straight from their Christmas lists—filling the night with warmth, holiday cheer, and an incredible sense of community. A huge thank you to the staff at Boston Harbor Hotel for going above and beyond to make this evening unforgettable for our families. 🤍 As we close out 2024, we’re filled with gratitude and excitement for all that 2025 will bring. 🎆

In case you missed it, our panel discussion "From Service to Civilian" proved to be a successful way to kick off the InnoVets Panel Series. Our panelists shared amazing insights into the realm of transitioning service members, and learned more about each of their experiences. Lots of exciting connections were made and many thought-provoking conversations were had. We couldn't have asked for a better way to start the series and are excited about exploring more topics in relation to the military community. 🇺🇸 🌟 A huge thank you to our panelists, Vic Lance, Andy McCarty and Denny Cosmo, SHRM-CP who donated their time to share their knowledge, and to Executive Director Dan Magoon for moderating the conversation. 🌟 Make sure to follow InnoVets on all platforms to stay in the loop about all upcoming events and programming!
