Teamwork Tuesday at ITS. This summer, our weekly leadership development program is being led by our team. Today, Jacques Le Roux spoke with our team about planning, communication, and initiative. He emphasized the importance of planning as a team and getting everyone involved. Jacques also highlighted that communication is like a chain - if one link breaks, so does the communication. He encouraged everyone to take initiative, look for ways to contribute without being told and take ownership of every project. Thank you for your leadership and inspiration. Next week, Ray and Billy will speak about Leading By Example. #ONE TEAM #leadershipdevelopment #industrialcontractor
