Why do customers churn? It’s the question on every CS leader's mind. IcebergIQ recently surveyed 175 #CustomerSuccess professionals to find out their practices for understanding customer churn. Key findings include: 📞 Engagement with Former Customers: 75% of CS teams actively engage with former customers, either directly or via a third party, to understand why they left.
