The Council assumed the name Industry Council on the Environment (ICE) in 1991 as it expanded its scope to partner with regulatory agencies on a broad range of environment issues impacting various Texas businesses today (Regulatory-Legislative/Water/Air/Waste-TRRP/PST and Safety).

We were a very lucky group of folks who got to hear about a few of the community-based water projects that Rogelio, Carlos Rubinstein and WFX are working on. They truly are a dedicated group working towards "No Community Left Behind" by providing technical assistance to help small and rural communities access safe drinking water.
