Inefficient processes and outdated methods were costing Home Ladder more than just time. They created experience gaps for our owners, residents, vendors, and employees. Our solution: improve our workflows, 1 process at a time. Here's how we did it. We partnered with Black Sheep Global as our Process Wizards. Together, we: Prioritized internal processes in order of impact Built conditional logic where appropriate Automated tasks when possible Documented instructions with words and video Tested and retested Released to the team Collected feedback from the team and made revisions Over 6 months, we improved our internal processes and added some new ones. What's next for us? We are excited for LeadSimple University in 2 weeks. We hope to come away with inspiration for 2025 process improvements!
