Several of our team members recently attended the Pennsylvania Conference for Women. Kenya Boswell, our senior vice president of community affairs (pictured here holding the "inquisitive" sign), inspired a room full of bright women at the event. This year, the conference's theme was "Power in Unity," and Kenya served as an executive member alongside other women leaders during a panel discussion — offering insights and lessons learned throughout her career, along with solutions that help to create bright futures for women in the workplace.
