🎉 Happy New Year! 🏠 Here's a quick update on the progress at 550 Burnside Ave, thanks to our hardworking subcontractors over the holiday shutdown: Unit 1: HVAC unit installed. Unit 2: Spray foam insulation completed and passed inspection. Units 3 & 4: Drywall hung and taping started. Units 5 & 8: No new updates. Units 6 & 7: Attic air sealed and insulated. Unit 9: HVAC unit installed. We’re excited for all the progress 2025 will bring! A Setback Won’t Stop Us 🛠️💙 The weekend before Thanksgiving, we faced a tough setback when our box truck at Burnside Ave was broken into, and approximately $6,000 worth of tools—including drills, nail guns, batteries, and a generator—were stolen. This unfortunate incident has highlighted a need we’ve been meaning to address for a while: replacing tools and supplies as they wear out or go missing.
