Relationships have been key to Harvey’s success since its inception. For example, Harvey has served as construction manager for Anheuser Busch in Merrimack, NH, without interruption since 1973. This serves as a classic example of Harvey’s loyalty and commitment. We are treated – and behave – as building team partners at Anheuser Busch, resulting in a successful partnership for more than 44 years. Many of northern New England’s landmark structures are a testament to the reputation of Harvey, including the NYNEX building on Elm Street in Manchester; the Currier Museum of Art; Manchester City Hall Plaza; the Sherman Adams Building on Mount Washington; the restoration of St. Paul’s Church in Concord, NH; and the construction of L.L. Bean’s Freeport, ME, retail center – home of the indoor trout pond. By surpassing the expectations of these and other clients, Harvey has earned a stellar reputation for delivering high quality construction to many of the most recognized organizations in northern New England.

We had a truly magical evening at the 2024 Storybook Ball presented by SLC Group Holdings! The Baldwin is officially open, transforming a 15-acre former apple orchard into a vibrant senior living community designed for connection and support. This development features six multi-story buildings that house a mix of residential units, assisted living and memory care facilities, along with a range of amenities such as fitness center, restaurant, cafe, art gallery, pool, and library. The Baldwin is the first project in the Woodmont Commons development, a mixed generation residential, retail community. The design of The Baldwin fosters an open, urban atmosphere that encourages residents to build connections with one another and engage with the beautiful outdoors. Large glass walls throughout the buildings maximize natural light, enhancing the sense of space and inviting the outside in. Thoughtful consideration was given to the placement of assisted living and memory care households, promoting socialization and integration among residents.
