The space is part of the 120,000-square foot, Class A office property, known as "Wilshire & Palm," which was fully renovated by the Cruzan team and includes modern amenities that cater to the needs of entertainment industry tenants, such as a rooftop sky deck, collaboration areas, and high-tech listening rooms. Concord – which represents artists like Imagine Dragons, Iggy Pop, St. Vincent, Pink Floyd, and Robert Glasper – will lease the entire sixth floor of the building in addition to the penthouse floor for a term of over 10 years with additional options to extend the lease. #officeleasing #CommercialRealEstate #cre #realestatelaw
