Look no further, the #Gymshark66 challenge is back 👇 Here's how you can take part: 1️⃣ Pledge to 3 new daily habits, make them personal to your own goals 2️⃣ Tick them off every day for 66 days (our training app can help with that) Why? 🤔 They say it takes 66 days to form a habit. We believe it takes 66 days to change your life. All you have to do now, is show up for yourself. Right now, Gymshark community members across the world are setting themselves to three daily tasks, for example: 🏃 20-minute run 🧘 10 minutes of mediation ☕️ No caffeine after midday Consistency generates results, so by the end of the 66 days, those daily tasks will have become habits. And those habits could change your life. We've seen some of you logging your progress already, keep going 👏 Let us know if you're taking part below 👀
