Pedro Gomez, a proud member of GRIP Tribe 442 in 2021, transformed his life from anger and trauma to healing and nonviolence through the GRIP Training Institute. With the help of our restorative justice program, Guiding Rage Into Power (GRIP), he learned to manage his emotions, embrace accountability, and commit to being a Peacemaker. Now, Pedro is giving back as a GRIP Trainee Facilitator, mentoring three tribes in two prisons—including a Spanish-speaking group.
