Danny Spitz and I are excited to announce the closing of 1741 North Western. Closing deals in this environment is always challenging, and it was a team effort to get this one across the finish line. Thank you to the seller for entrusting us with creating a robust bidding environment on this fantastic asset. We conducted over 30 tours and procured 7 offers.
