74th apartment building sold this year!!! It’s becoming the norm, but I still get excited seeing buildings in South Shore sell over 100K/unit. Not too long ago, buildings like this were selling for 20-30K/unit. South Shore values have been on a sharp upward rise for over a decade. BUT BUT BUT…for a neighborhood on Lake Michigan, minutes to downtown with a multiple BILLION dollar project in the works…it’s still very affordable.
