Our AI agents are specifically designed to eliminate bias in employee assessment. Unlike traditional analytics found in HR, payroll, ERP, task management, and other corporate apps, our solution stands out by analyzing all data sources together to reveal events and match them with outcomes, aiming for precise accuracy. This comprehensive approach allows us to accurately score employees, assess their potential, identify future stars, and detect flight risks. Individual events, like number of emails sent, calendar events added, or lines of code written, are insignificant to our model.
