The Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) has awarded $2 million in funding to 11 Arkansas-based accelerator programs through the Arkansas Business and Technology Accelerator Grant Program. The Arkansas Business and Technology Accelerator Grant Program is administered by AEDC’s Small Business and Entrepreneurship Development Division and is designed to create high-skill, high-wage jobs by encouraging the development of technological products and services. It was an honor to join LRockRx this morning as they held the grand opening for their new compounding pharmacy facility in Little Rock. This facility will create up to 100 new jobs over the next few years as they do important work in the healthcare space. Congratulations to the LRockRx team on this milestone! In particular- congratulations to Roxanne Novak and James Hendren on the announcement.
