Founded in 1978, Graham & Company is a full service commercial real estate firm dedicated to providing clients with opportunity and value. Currently, we lease and manage more than 14 million square feet of office, warehouse, industrial, and retail space from offices in Birmingham and Huntsville, AL, Gulf Coast, FL. Our company annually participates in many of the Southeast’s most significant transactions. These projects are managed by a staff of seasoned real estate professionals, including many who have earned prestigious designations such as SIOR, CRE, CCIM, LEED AP, RPA, CPM and MAI.

On Wednesday, Graham & Company broke ground on a $52 million, state-of-the-art 460,000 SF facility in Montgomery, AL for Hyundai MOBIS. This expansion project began with Graham & Company's Industrial brokerage team working with Hyundai MOBIS and the existing landowner, then Graham & Company Development stepping in to assemble a design/build team to make Hyundai MOBIS's vision a reality.
