We have completed Creative Polymer Solutions’ new office & headquarters! We appreciate the opportunity to have been able to renovate their warehouse & lab, & now provide a new office space. This is a 10,000 sq ft space in addition to the 60,000 sq ft warehouse that was completed last year. This office along with their Innovation Centre, will allow them to grow & expand their footprint. We would love for you to meet another one of our project managers, Harrison Wales! Harris was born & raised in Homewood & graduated from Auburn University in 2022 with a degree in Building Science. We asked Harris a few questions about himself, what he enjoys doing in his free time & why he chose RM. Here are his responses: “I enjoy spending time with my wife, Catherine, & our two dogs, Lady & Charlie, cooking & eating good food & spending time outdoors. Fun fact - I finished a Triathlon in October! The race was on Kiawah Island in South Carolina & it was a 1 mile ocean swim, 25 mile bike & 6 mile run. I finished in 3:12. When I was looking for my first job, I was drawn to the people & culture at RADERMcCARY. What I like most about working here - I have been given so many unique opportunities to push past my comfort zone, learn, & grow, especially this early in my career. I have worked on so many different types of projects, & each one is a perfect mix of fun and challenging.” We are so thankful Harris chose RM to start his career in construction. He has an outstanding work ethic & positive attitude, & his dedication & willingness to take on high level projects is impressive to say the least. PM’s Sam Hayford & Carter Allums had a great time getting to know students & discussing what RM is all about. Meet Brandon Rolader! Brandon is one of our superintendents bringing 9 years of experience to the table. He started with RM 2.5 years ago & we are so thankful to have him on the team! Brandon started out in multi-family & residential construction before making the move to commercial. He & his family are members of Church of the Highlands & in his spare time, Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, time at the lake, exploring state parks, outdoor adventures with his family & Auburn football. And may we say, Brandon is a master at the grill & smoker! Some fun facts about him are that he has been to 21 states, the Bahamas, Mexico, Belize, Honduras, & Puerto Rico. When asked why he chose RM, he responded by saying that he wanted the opportunity to expand deeper into commercial construction & really felt the leadership by RM was top notch. What he likes most are the unique projects & the team that makes up all parts of RM. If you’ve worked with Brandon, you know what a top notch guy he is & we are so thankful to have him part of the family! Thank you, Brandon, for your amazing attitude, dedication, calm demeanor & hard work you put into making our projects such a success!
